Concerns and Complaints.

We always welcome suggestions in how we can improve our service. This can be communicated verbally or in writing to our practice manager via reception or our suggestion box on the wall in the waiting room.

If you have a complaint or concern you would like to raise then please call or write to the practice manager. Please speak to one of our reception staff who can direct your concern.

Alternatively, you can fill out our concerns form below and return to the surgery.

If you wish to take your concern to someone outside of the practice, then you can contact the Public Services Ombudsman for Wales or Powys Teaching Health Board.
